STATUS: The college is OPEN as usual today
The sudden onset of very severe weather can cause very significant problems for the bus network serving the College (covering some 500 square miles of rural Norfolk and Suffolk). Occasionally this results in the College being closed when it is impossible, or very dangerous, to travel.
In such cases, the College uses the Norfolk County Council emergency closure procedure and messages are broadcast on local radio stations.
Listen to Radio Norfolk (3 bulletins per hour), The Beach Radio or Heart Norwich.
